New Jersey band, Real Estate's latest album Days has been on heavy rotation this week. Their laid back beach-pop sounds, reminiscent of The Beach Boys, are perfect for the transition from summer to fall. In Los Angeles, we've been experiencing an extended summer with the heat this week and this album is the ideal soundtrack.
